Creamy Canjica of Festa Junina

Ingredients
1 cup (tea) of white hominy or 200 grams
Water to soak the hominy (enough to cover the hominy well)
1 liter of water (to put in the pressure cooker)
1/2 cup (tea) powdered milk (48g)
1/2 glass of coconut milk (100g)
1/2 cup (tea) condensed milk (200g)
1/2 cup (tea) milk cream (100g)
1 cup (tea) of water (210g)
1/4 cup (tea) demerara sugar (50g)
Directions
- In a bowl, add 1 cup (tea) of white hominy or 200 grams;
- Add water to soak the hominy (enough to cover the hominy well);
- Soak for 4 hours;
- Drain the water;
- Transfer the hominy to a pressure cooker;
- Add 1 liter of water (to put in the pressure cooker);
- Let it get pressure and leave it on medium heat for 35 minutes;
- Turn off the fire and let the pressure out;
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of powdered milk (48g);
- Add 1/2 glass of coconut milk (100g);
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of condensed milk (200g);
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of milk cream (100g);
- Add 1 cup (tea) of water (210g);
- Add 1/4 cup (tea) demerara sugar (50g);
- Cook for 15 minutes over low heat;
- Your creamy hominy is ready!
