For your coxinha dough and fried snacks to be perfect, use the ingredients on the list and follow the preparation step-by-step.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml of oil (1/4 cup)

  • 5 cloves of garlic

  • 500 ml of water + 500 ml of milk

  • 500 g unbleached wheat flour (4 cups)

  • 2 chicken broth tablets

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • In a pan, add 60 ml of oil (1/4 cup);
  • Add 5 crushed garlic cloves;
  • Let it gold;
  • Add 500 ml of water (better if it’s the one used to cook the chicken);
  • Add 500 ml of milk;
  • Add 2 chicken broth tablets;
  • Cover and let it boil;
  • Mix;
  • Add 500 g of unbleached wheat flour (4 cups);
  • Stir constantly for 5 minutes over low heat;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • Mix;
  • Transfer the dough to a countertop;
  • Knead the dough;
  • Cover the dough with plastic and let it dry;
  • Cut the dough into equal parts and shape into drumsticks or other fried snacks;
  • Your Coxinha Pasta and Fried Salted Pasta is ready!
