This delicious frozen coconut dessert has an unmistakable flavor and can be made in a few minutes!

This frozen coconut dessert is even more special on days of intense heat that call for something refreshing and tasty!


  • 50 grams of grated coconut

  • 1 glass of coconut milk

  • 1 box of cream

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  • Shredded coconut flakes to decorate


  • Add condensed milk and cornstarch to a pan off the heat and mix very well. 
    Add the cream, coconut milk, grated coconut and butter or margarine.
  • Bring to a low boil and stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil and thickens. 
    Cook for another 1 minute, turn off the heat and keep stirring until it stops bubbling.
  • Transfer the mixture to a refractory and cover with grated coconut flakes to taste. 
    Leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours and the frozen coconut dessert is ready.
