Ingredients

  • 2 cups of water (480 ml)

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)

  • 2 cups unbleached wheat flour (280g)

  • 1 tablespoon oil or olive oil

  • 500g cooked and shredded chicken

  • 1 medium chopped onion

  • 1 chopped medium tomato

  • 1 chopped medium pepper

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 2 tablespoon of green smell

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 2 teaspoon paprika

  • 3 tablespoons of tomato paste

  • 1 sachet of tomato sauce (340g)

  • Creamy cottage cheese (200g)

  • 1 can of cream (200g)

Directions

  • Filling
  • In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • Add 1 medium chopped onion;
  • Take to the low fire and mix until it’s golden a little;
  • Add 2 crushed garlic cloves;
  • Mix;
  • Add 1 chopped medium bell pepper;
  • Mix;
  • Saute for 2 minutes;
  • Add 1 diced medium tomato;
  • Mix and sauté for 2 minutes;
  • Turn off the fire;
  • Add 1 teaspoon smoked paprika;
  • Add 1 teaspoon salt;
  • Add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste;
  • Mix;
  • Add 2 tablespoons of green smell;
  • Mix;
  • Add 500g of cooked and shredded chicken;
  • Mix and let it braise;
  • Add 1 box of milk cream (200g);
  • Add cream cheese (200g);
  • Blend for 2 minutes;

  • In a blender, add 3 eggs;
  • Add 1 tablespoon oil or olive oil;
  • Add 1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste);
  • Add 2 cups of water tea (480ml);
  • Add 2 cups of unleavened wheat flour tea (280g);
  • Beat well;
  • Unite a skillet with oil;
  • Add some dough;
