Cheese and Bacon Risotto

Ingredients
- olive oil to taste 
- 200g Bacon 
- 1 onion 
- 3 cloves of garlic 
- 1 Cup Arborio Rice 
- 1/2 cup white wine 
- 2 cup vegetable broth 
- parmesan to taste 
- 1 Tablespoon and a half of Butter 
- salt to taste 
Directions
- In a pan, add 1 strand of olive oil;
- Add 200g Bacon;
- Fry until golden brown;
- Remove and reserve on a paper towel;
- In the pan, add 1 chopped onion and 3 chopped garlic cloves;
- Sauté a little;
- Add 1 Cup of Arborio Rice;
- Mix and sauté a little;
- Add 1/2 cup white wine;
- Add 2 cups vegetable broth;
- Mix and when dry repeat the process, until the rice is on point;
- Add bacon;
- Add Parmesan cheese to taste;
- Mix well and turn off the fire;
- Add 1 and a half tablespoons of butter;
- Mix until melted;
- Add salt to taste;
