Cauliflower Gratin in White Sauce

For your gratinated cauliflower to be perfect, use the ingredients from the list below and follow the preparation instructions.


  • 1 cauliflower

  • 1 and a half tablespoon of margarine

  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour

  • 2 and a half cups of milk

  • 1 spoon of season

  • A bit of salt

  • 3 spoons of cottage cheese

  • Grated mozzarella cheese to taste


  • In a pan, add water with a little vinegar and salt, and bring to a boil;
  • Add the cauliflower and let it cook;
  • In another pan, add 1 and a half spoons of margarine;
  • Let it melt;
  • Add 2 tablespoons of wheat flour;
  • Mix;
  • Add 2 1/2 cups of milk;
  • Add 1 spoon of sazon;
  • Add 1 pinch of salt;
  • Mix until thickened;
  • Add 3 spoons of cottage cheese;
  • Mix well;
  • Transfer half the sauce to a refractory;
  • Add cauliflower;
  • Add remaining sauce;
  • Add grated mozzarella cheese to taste;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 20 minutes (until gratin);
  • Your cauliflower au gratin with white sauce is ready!
