Your carter rice will be very fluffy and tasty with this recipe, check out the list of necessary ingredients and follow the step-by-step instructions for preparation!

Ingredients

  • Bacon (220g)

  • Desalted dried meat (170g)

  • 2 cups of parboiled rice tea (375g)

  • 1 pepperoni (225g)

  • 1 medium onion (160g)

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 4 cups of hot water (480ml)

  • Coriander to taste

Directions

  • In a pan over low heat, add 1 tablespoon olive oil or oil;
  • Add Bacon (220g);
  • Always mix;
  • Add desalted dried meat (170g);
  • Mix until lightly fried;
  • Add 1 pepperoni (225g) cut into cubes;
  • Let it fry lightly;
  • Add 1 medium onion (160g) diced;
  • Give it a light fry;
  • Add 3 crushed garlic cloves;
  • Let it fry;
  • Add 2 cups of parboiled rice tea (375g);
  • Mix and leave for 1 minute;
  • Add 4 cups of hot water tea (480ml);
  • Let cook until dry;
  • Add cilantro to taste;
  • Your carter rice is ready!
