Ingredients
Bacon (220g)
Desalted dried meat (170g)
2 cups of parboiled rice tea (375g)
1 pepperoni (225g)
1 medium onion (160g)
3 cloves of garlic
4 cups of hot water (480ml)
Coriander to taste
Directions
- In a pan over low heat, add 1 tablespoon olive oil or oil;
- Add Bacon (220g);
- Always mix;
- Add desalted dried meat (170g);
- Mix until lightly fried;
- Add 1 pepperoni (225g) cut into cubes;
- Let it fry lightly;
- Add 1 medium onion (160g) diced;
- Give it a light fry;
- Add 3 crushed garlic cloves;
- Let it fry;
- Add 2 cups of parboiled rice tea (375g);
- Mix and leave for 1 minute;
- Add 4 cups of hot water tea (480ml);
- Let cook until dry;
- Add cilantro to taste;
