Ingredients
1/2 finely chopped cabbage
250 grams of diced pineapple
1/2 cup (200 ml cup) mayonnaise
1/2 box of cream
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 squeezed lemon
1/2 cup (200 ml cup) cashew nuts
Directions
- Finely chop the cabbage;
- Wash the cabbage under running water;
- Drain the water well;
- Add 250 grams of diced pineapple;
- In a bowl, add 1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of mayonnaise;
- Add 1/2 box of heavy cream;
- Add 1/2 squeezed lemon;
- Add salt and kingdom pepper to taste;
- Mix and add to the salad;
- Add 1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of cashew nuts;
- Mix;
