For your bruschetta to be amazing, use the ingredients suggested below and follow the step-by-step preparation instructions.

Ingredients

  • Bread of your choice (baguette or French bread)

  • 1 clove garlic

  • 4 tomatoes

  • Basil

  • 100g mozzarella cheese

  • I want parmesan to taste

  • 2 tablespoons Butter

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

Directions

  • Cut the bread of your choice (baguette or French bread) into slices and transfer them to a baking dish;
  • Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a bowl;
  • Add 1 squeezed garlic clove;
  • Mix;
  • Pass the buns;
  • Take it to the oven to give a slight toast;
  • In a bowl, add 4 chopped tomatoes;
  • Add salt to taste;
  • Add kingdom pepper to taste;
  • Mix well;
  • Cut the basil and add;
  • Add 100g of grated mozzarella cheese;
  • Add parmesan cheese to taste;
  • Mix;
  • Add over toast;
  • Add Parmesan cheese on top;
  • Take it to the oven for another 3 minutes;
  • Your Bruschetta is ready!
