Bread of your choice (baguette or French bread)
1 clove garlic
4 tomatoes
Basil
100g mozzarella cheese
I want parmesan to taste
2 tablespoons Butter
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Directions
- Cut the bread of your choice (baguette or French bread) into slices and transfer them to a baking dish;
- Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a bowl;
- Add 1 squeezed garlic clove;
- Mix;
- Pass the buns;
- Take it to the oven to give a slight toast;
- In a bowl, add 4 chopped tomatoes;
- Add salt to taste;
- Add kingdom pepper to taste;
- Mix well;
- Cut the basil and add;
- Add 100g of grated mozzarella cheese;
- Add parmesan cheese to taste;
- Mix;
- Add over toast;
- Add Parmesan cheese on top;
- Take it to the oven for another 3 minutes;
- Your Bruschetta is ready!
