For your brigadeiro without condensed milk to be very tasty, follow the instructions on how to prepare it using the ingredients from the list below.


  • 1+1/2 cup (200ml cup) milk

  • 4 tablespoons of chocolate powder

  • 3 tablespoons of sugar

  • 2 tablespoons of margarine

  • Granulated to taste


  • In a pan over medium heat, add 1+1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of milk;
  • Add 4 tablespoons cocoa powder;
  • Add 3 tablespoons of sugar;
  • Add 2 tablespoons of margarine;
  • Mix for 15 to 20 minutes, until it starts to come apart from the bottom of the pan;
  • Transfer to a plate and let cool;
  • Take it to the fridge;
  • Add sprinkles on top;
  • Your brigadeiro without condensed milk is ready!
