For your Beef Stroganoff to be perfect, make the recipe using quality ingredients and follow the instructions in the preparation method.

  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1 kg of rump (or meat of your choice)

  • 1 large onion diced (200g)

  • 2 crushed garlic cloves

  • Mushrooms (optional, to taste)

  • 3 tablespoons mustard

  • 3 tablespoons of ketchup

  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce or 2 tbsp tomato paste

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 2 boxes of cream (400g) or 500ml of fresh cream


  • In a skillet over high heat, add 1 strand of olive oil;
  • Add 1 kg of rump (or meat of your choice);
  • Seal the meat;
  • Transfer meat to a plate;
  • Add a strand of olive oil to the skillet;
  • Add 1 large onion cut into cubes (200g);
  • Let it wither;
  • Add 2 crushed garlic cloves;
  • Blend for 1 minute;
  • Add meat;
  • Add Mushrooms (optional, to taste);
  • Mix;
  • Add half a cup of water;
  • Mix;
  • Add 3 tablespoons mustard;
  • Add 3 tablespoons of ketchup;
  • Add 4 spoons of tomato sauce or 2 spoons of tomato paste;
  • Add 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce;
  • Add 1 pinch of salt;
  • Mix well and leave for 5 minutes;
  • Add kingdom pepper to taste;
  • Mix;
  • Add 2 boxes of cream (400g) or 500ml of fresh cream;
  • Mix;
  • Your meat stroganoff is ready!
