Ingredients
Chicken breast (1kg)
Lasagna pasta (200g)
Mozzarella cheese (600g)
Ham (400g)
Green seasoning to taste (approximately 2 tablespoons)
Olive oil to taste
Salt
1 big onion
2 garlic cloves
2 teaspoons smoked paprika or paprika
1 liter of whole milk
4 tablespoons of butter or margarine
4 spoons of wheat flour
1/3 black pepper (to taste)
1/3 nutmeg (to taste)
Directions
- Cook chicken breast (1kg) with chicken broth;
- In a pan, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil;
- Add 1 medium diced onion;
- Stir over medium heat until golden;
- Add 2 ground garlic cloves;
- Let it fry;
- Add 2 teaspoons smoked paprika or paprika;
- Mix;
- Add cooked and shredded chicken breast (1 kg);
- Add salt to taste;
- Add cilantro and chopped chives;
- Mix;
- Add half a teaspoon of salt;
- Mix and reserve the chicken in a container;
- In a pan over low heat, add 4 tablespoons of butter;
- Let it melt well;
- Add 4 spoons of wheat flour;
- Mix well;
- Add 1 liter of whole milk;
- Mix;
- Add 1/3 teaspoon black pepper;
- Add 1/3 teaspoon grated nutmeg;
- Mix until thickened (when you run your finger over the spoon and it’s marked, it’s at the right point);
- Add salt to taste and mix;
- Add 1 box of cream milk;
- Turn off the fire and mix;
- Add a little sauce to the bottom of a container;
- Add 1 layer of dough;
- Add 1 layer sauce;
- Add 1 layer of stuffing;
- Add 1 layer of mozzarella;
- Add 1 layer of prosciutto;
- Repeat the steps;
- Finish with sauce and cheese;
- Take to preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 20 minutes (until gratin cheese);
- Your chicken lasagna is ready!
