Ingredients
300g Wheat Flour (3 level tea cups)
3g of Fresh Biological Yeast (Substitution: 1g of dry Biological Yeast – 1 level spoon of coffee)
180ml of Water (1 American cup)
6g of salt (1 dessert spoon)
21g of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (2 full dessert spoons)
Directions
- In a mixer, add 300g of Wheat Flour (3 shallow tea cups);
- Add 3g of Fresh Biological Yeast (Substitution: 1g of dry Biological Yeast – 1 shallow coffee spoon);
- Mix;
- Add 180ml of Water (1 American cup);
- Add 6g of Salt (1 dessert spoon);
- Mix/sound well;
- Add 21g of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (2 full dessert spoons);
- Put to mix / beat for another 10 minutes;
- Flour the bench;
- Make a ball with the dough;
- Tampe and let rest for 2 hours;
- Cut the dough in half;
- Make balls with the 2 parts;
- Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes;
- Preheat the oven to maximum;
- Open the dough the size of a large skillet (thin in the middle and thick around);
- Assemble the pizza in a skillet with a metal handle;
- Bring to a boil for 2 minutes;
- Let it brown on the bottom;
- Take it to the oven (if it has the grill function, even better. Very close to the top of the oven);
- Your homemade pizza dough is ready!
