  • 250g sliced ​​mozzarella cheese

Directions

  • In a pan, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil or oil;
  • Add 1 medium onion diced;

  • Add 2 crushed garlic cloves;
  • Add 1 teaspoon salt;

  • Add olive slices (optional);
