3 cups (tea) wheat flour (410 grams)
2 eggs (100 grams)
2 cups (tea) milk at room temperature (420 ml)
2 tablespoons refined sugar (25 grams)
1/4 cup (tea) butter or margarine (50 grams)
1/2 tablespoon salt (10 grams)
10 grams of dry yeast or 30 grams of fresh yeast
250 grams thinly sliced ​​pepperoni sausage
200 grams of sliced ​​mozzarella

Directions
