Chocolate Fondue + Chocolate Baskets for Fruits

Ingredients
- Fondue
100 grams of milk chocolate
75 grams of ½ dark chocolate
¾ cup (tea) of cream milk 150 grams
- Decoration (chocolate basket)
1 cup (tea) Fractionated chocolate 130 grams
Bladder – Balloon number 3
Directions
- Fondue
- In a bowl, add 100 grams of milk chocolate;
- Add 75 grams of ½ dark chocolate;
- Add ¾ cup (tea) of milk cream 150 grams;
- Melt in a water bath or in the microwave (every 30 seconds, mixing between intervals);
- Decoration (chocolate basket)
- In a bowl, add 1 cup (tea) Fractionated Chocolate 130 grams;
- Melt;
- Transfer to a cup;
- Add the chocolate to the bottom of a baking sheet (face down) lined with plastic wrap;
- Fill Bladder – Balloon number 3;
- Clean it with alcohol;
- Dip the bladder into the chocolate cup and rotate it;
- Put the chocolate on top of the shape;
- Take to the fridge until hardened (approximately 15 minutes);
- Pierce the bladder and remove it;
