Ingredients
1 chopped pineapple (I bought 1 kg and 200 grams with the skin and without the crown. And after peeling and chopped it yielded 600 grams)
1/2 cup (tea) of pineapple juice left over from the pineapple when it was cut 110 ml
1/2 cup (tea) refined sugar 90 grams
2 boxes or packets of pineapple-flavored gelatin
2 cups (tea) boiling water 420 ml
2 cups (tea) of very cold water 420 ml
1 box of condensed milk 395 grams
2 cans of milk cream 400 grams
Directions
- Peel and chop the pineapple;
- Place the chopped pineapple in a pan;
- Add half a cup of pineapple juice;
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of refined sugar 90 grams;
- Mix in medium fire until dry the liquid;
- Add 2 boxes or packets of pineapple-flavored gelatin;
- Add 2 cups (tea) of boiling water 420 ml;
- Mix well until it boils;
- Add 2 cups (tea) of very cold water 420 ml;
- Add 1 box of condensed milk 395 grams;
- Add 2 boxes of cream milk 400 grams;
- Mix;
- Transfer to a platter;
- Take to fridge for at least 6 hours;
- Your Pineapple Ice Cream is ready!
