Ingredients
Spaghetti pasta 1/3 of the package (160g)
Chopped bacon 60g
Gem 2 units
Egg 1 unit
Black pepper to taste
Parmesan or Pecorino cheese 4 tbsp (40g)
Salt 1 tbsp (15g)
Directions
- In a pan, put water to boil;
- When it starts to boil, add Salt 1 tbsp (15g);
- Add spaghetti pasta 1/3 of the package (160g);
- Cook according to package directions;
- In a skillet over medium heat (next to the pasta pan), add 60g chopped Bacon;
- Let it gold;
- Add half a ladle of the pasta cooking water to the bacon skillet;
- Turn off the fire;
- In a bowl, add Egg 1 unit;
- Add Gem 2 units;
- Add kingdom pepper to taste;
- Add Parmesan or Pecorino cheese 4 tbsp (40g);
- Mix well;
