Ingredients
- Caramel
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of water
- Pudding
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of whole milk (320 ml)
1 can of cream (200g)
4 tablespoons of Nut Milk
12g unflavored gelatin + 5 tablespoons water
Directions
- Caramel
- In a pan, add 1 cup of sugar;
- Add 1/2 cup water;
- Mix;
- Turn on the fire and let it gold;
- Transfer to a shape and spread on the sides;
- Pudding
- Hydrate the gelatin in 5 tablespoons of hot water;
- Mix and book;
- In a blender, add 1 can of condensed milk;
- Add whole milk (same measure as the can: 320ml)
- Add 1 box of milk cream (200g);
- Add 4 tablespoons of Ninho Milk;
- Add 12g of unflavored gelatin + 5 tablespoons of water;
- Beat well;
- Transfer to caramelized form;
- Take the pudding to the fridge for at least 2 hours;
- Your nest milk pudding is ready!
