For your Ninho milk cake to be perfect, use the ingredients from the list below and follow the instructions in the preparation method.

Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • 5 egg whites

  • 5 gems

  • 1 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of sugar

  • 1+1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) wheat flour

  • 1 cup of tea (200 ml cup) whole milk

  • 1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of nest milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • 1 tablespoon chemical baking powder

  • Filling
  • 2 boxes of condensed milk

  • 1 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of nest milk

  • 2 tablespoons of butter

  • 1 box of cream

  • Syrup
  • 400 ml whole milk

  • 1/2 box of condensed milk

  • Nest milk to decorate

Directions

  • Pasta
  • In a bowl, add 5 egg whites;
  • Beat well (to the point of snow);
  • Add 5 yolks little by little, while beating;
  • Add 1 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of sugar little by little while beating;
  • Add 1+1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of sifted wheat flour;
  • Add 1 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of whole milk;
  • Mix well;
  • Add 1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of nest milk;
  • Add 1 teaspoon vanilla essence;
  • Add 1 tbsp chemical baking powder
  • Mix;
  • Transfer the mass to a greased and infarcted shape;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
  • Filling
  • In a pan, add 2 boxes of condensed milk;
  • Add 1 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of nest milk;
  • Add 2 tablespoons butter;
  • Mix in low fire until it starts to disgrace from the bottom of the pan;
  • Turn off the fire;
  • Add 1 box of cream milk;
  • Mix well;
  • Transfer to a plate and cover with plastic film (let it cool);
  • Syrup
  • In a pitcher, add 400 ml of whole milk;
  • Add 1/2 box of condensed milk;
  • Mix well;
  • Assembly
  • Develop the cake;
  • Cut it in half to stuff;
  • Add 1 part of the cake to the mold again;
  • Add half of the syrup;
  • Add the stuffing (reserve a little);
  • Add the other dough on top;
  • Make holes with a fork;
  • Add the rest of the syrup;
  • Add the rest of the stuffing;
  • Add nest milk with a sieve;
  • Cover with aluminum paper and take to the fridge for at least 4 hours;
  • Your iced milk cake is ready!
