  • 500g minced meat

  • 1 heaping tablespoon of dried garlic or 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 sachet of tomato sauce (340g)

  • 1 large carrot

  • 1 Italian zucchini

  • Sweet paprika (optional)


  • Peel the carrot;
  • Cut the carrot into strips using a cutter;
  • Cut the zucchini into strips using a cutter;
  • In a pan on the fire, add olive oil or oil;
  • Add the carrot;
  • Add salt;
  • Add dehydrated garlic;
  • Refo for 3 minutes and book;

  • Add the sauce in a container with the mixed carrot and zucchini;
  • Your zucchini and carrot noodles are ready!
