Ingredients
2 to 3 eggplants
400g of mozzarella cheese
50 of parmesan cheese
300g of white sauce (Bechamel)
300g of tomato sauce
oregano to taste
olive oil to taste
salt to taste
Directions
- Slice 2 to 3 eggplants;
- In a baking dish, add olive oil;
- Add eggplant slices;
- Add olive oil;
- Add salt to taste;
- Bake in the oven for approximately 15 to 20 minutes;
- In a refractory, add half of the white sauce (Bechamel);
- Add 1 layer of eggplants;
- Add 1 layer of cheese;
- Add 1 layer of tomato sauce;
- Add oregano;
- Repeat the layers until the ingredients are finished;
- Finish with white sauce;
- Add grated Parmesan cheese;
- Take it to the oven for 20 minutes (or until gratin);
- Your eggplant lasagna is ready!
