Ingredients
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 chopped onion
1 chopped zucchini
1 carrot cut into rounds
3 potatoes cut into cubes
2 cups of beans (cooked)
2 cups of pasta (your choice)
2 tablespoons tomato paste
800ml of water
Bahian seasoning (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
Oregano (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Cheese from Minas (to taste)
Directions
- In a pressure cooker, add 1 tablespoon of oil;
- Add 2 tablespoons of minced garlic;
- Add 1/2 chopped onion;
- Sauté;
- Add 1 chopped zucchini;
- Add 1 carrot cut into slices;
- Add 3 diced potatoes;
- Add 2 cups (tea) of cooked beans;
- Add 2 cups (tea) of pasta of your choice;
- Add 2 spoons (soup) tomato extract;
- Add 800ml of water;
- Mix;
- Add Bahia Seasoning (to taste);
- Add kingdom pepper (to taste);
- Add Oregano (to taste);
- Add Salt (to taste);
- Mix well;
- Tampe and cook for 15 minutes once you get pressure;
- Serve and add grated cheese to taste;
- Your vegetable soup is ready!
