This Vegetable Pie is delicious and very complete, check out the ingredients and method of preparation.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup wheat flour

  • 1/4 cup fine rolled oats

  • 1 teaspoon yeast

  • 1/2 chopped onion

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  • 1/2 head of chopped cooked broccoli (200g)

  • 1 small raw carrot grated (150g)

  • 1 chopped seedless tomato

  • Cherry tomatoes for garnish (optional)

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Oil and breadcrumbs for greasing and flouring the mold

Directions

  • In a bowl, add 3 eggs;
  • Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • Mix well;
  • Add 1/4 cup all-purpose flour;
  • Add 1/4 cup fine rolled oats;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of yeast;
  • Mix;
  • Add 1/2 chopped onion;
  • Add 2 minced garlic cloves;
  • Add 1/2 head of chopped cooked broccoli (200g);
  • Add 1 small grated raw carrot (150g);
  • Add 1 chopped seedless tomato;
  • Add salt and kingdom pepper to taste;
  • Mix;
  • Transfer to a greased refractory and sprinkled with flour;
  • Decorate with cherry tomatoes;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes;
  • Your Vegetable Pie is ready!
