Tropical Jelly Dessert with Fruits

No one can resist a sweet that combines flavor and beauty like this tropical fruit jelly dessert!

Ingredients

  • 300 ml of milk

  • 1 chopped apple

  • 1 box of cream

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 1 packet of lemon juice powder

  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin

  • 2 cups of strawberries (tea)

  • 2 cups seedless grapes

  • Syrup to taste to decorate the dessert

Directions

  • Chop the strawberries, grapes and apple. 
    Put it in a form for pudding and spread it well. 
    Mix the gelatin with a little water to hydrate, microwave for 8 seconds and set aside.
  • Put the milk, cream, condensed milk, powdered lemon juice and hydrated gelatin in the blender. 
    Beat until homogenized and pour into the form with the fruits.
  • Cover the dessert and leave it in the fridge for at least 3 hours, or until it has a firm consistency.
  • Unmold the chilled tropical fruit dessert onto a plate or platter, finish by adding syrup to taste on top and the dessert can now be served.
