Easy to make and impossible to not want to eat, this tapioca pudding looks amazing and doesn’t even need to go in the oven!

Separate the ingredients of the recipe and guarantee a unique tapioca pudding!

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of milk

  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 1 can of condensed milk (395 grams)

  • 1 cup (tea) granulated tapioca (500 grams)

  • 100 grams dry shredded coconut

  • 200 ml of coconut milk

  • Condensed milk to garnish (optional)

  • Coconut flakes to decorate (optional)

Directions

  • Add milk to a pan, bring to a boil and bring to a boil. 
    In a container place the granulated tapioca, the sugar and the boiled milk. 
    Mix and let rest for 20 minutes.
  • Add the coconut milk, dry grated coconut, condensed milk and mix well. 
    Grease a mold with butter, place the pudding mass and smooth the surface.
  • Leave the dessert in the fridge for at least 4 hours and turn it out onto a platter or plate. 
    Finish decorating with condensed milk, coconut flakes and the tapioca pudding is ready.
