Tapioca Gum Cake

To make this tapioca gummy cake you only need a few minutes!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 2 cups dried tapioca gum

  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

  • 1 and 1/2 cup hot milk

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 pinch of salt (or amount to taste)

  • 40 grams of grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  • In a container add the dried tapioca gum, grated parmesan cheese, salt, butter or margarine and mix well.
  • Add the hot milk and mix again very well. 
    Add the eggs and stir a little, then add the yeast and stir until the dough is smooth and uniform.
  • Transfer all the liquid mixture to a greased baking dish with butter or margarine and sprinkled with flour.
  • Place the dough in a preheated oven at 180º₢ and bake for about 40 minutes. 
    Unmold after cooling down a bit, cut the gummy cake and it’s ready to serve.
