This sponge cake will be amazing if you use the suggested ingredients and follow the instructions for making it.

Ingredients

  • Eggs 6 pcs

  • Sifted sugar 1 cup (180g)

  • Vanilla essence 2 teaspoons (10 mL)

  • 1 ½ cup (180g) all-purpose flour

Directions

  • In a mixer, add Eggs 6 units;
  • Beat well for 6 minutes;
  • Add 1 cup (180g) sifted sugar little by little while beating;
  • Add Vanilla Essence 2 tsp (10 mL);
  • Mix;
  • Add 1 ½ cup (180g) all-purpose flour gradually while mixing;
  • Transfer the mass to a greased and infarcted shape;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
  • Your Sponge Cake (White Pasta) is ready!
