Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked rice

  • 50ml of milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup of steamed broccoli

  • 1/2 cup cheese

  • 1/5 chopped onion

  • Parsley and chives to taste

  • 4 full tablespoons of wheat flour

  • 1/2 tablespoon baking powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • In a bowl, add 2 cups of cooked rice;
  • Add 50ml of milk;
  • Add 2 eggs;
  • Add 1 cup of steamed broccoli;
  • Add 1/2 cup cheese;
  • Add 1/5 chopped onion;
  • Add parsley and chives to taste;
  • Add oregano;
  • Add black pepper;
  • Add salt to taste;
  • Mix;
  • Add 4 heaping tablespoons of all-purpose flour while mixing;
  • Add 1/2 tablespoon baking powder;
  • Mix well;
  • Mold the dumplings;
  • Fry in a pan with hot oil;
  • Drain on paper towels;
  • Your rice ball is ready!
