Simple Fluffy Homemade Bread

Ingredients
4 cups (tea) wheat flour or 550 grams
20 grams of dry yeast or 60 grams of fresh yeast
⅓ cup (tea) of refined sugar or 60 grams
½ tablespoon salt or 9 grams
3 eggs or 150 grams
½ cup (tea) oil or 90 grams
180 ml of ice water or 180 grams of ice water
Directions
- In a bowl, add 4 cups (tea) of wheat flour or 550 grams;
- Add 20 grams of dry yeast or 60 grams of fresh yeast;
- Mix well;
- Add ⅓ cup (tea) of refined sugar or 60 grams;
- Add ½ tablespoon salt or 9 grams;
- Add 3 eggs or 150 grams;
- Add ½ cup (tea) of oil or 90 grams;
- Add 180 ml of ice water or 180 grams of ice water;
- Mix well;
- Start ′′ tearing ′′ the dough on a countertop;
- When it starts to get smooth, look and it’s in veil stitch;
- Place the dough in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap;
- Let it rest for 1 hour;
- Split the dough in half;
- Sprinkle flour on one of them and cut it into 12 parts;
- Make polka dots with the masses;
- Place in the oven off, with a bowl of hot water on the bottom for 45 minutes;
- Brush 1 beaten egg with 1 pinch of sugar and 1 pinch of salt;
- Take it to the oven at 160 degrees for approximately 20 minutes (with the bowl with water and low);
- Your homemade bread is ready!
