Ingredients
1/2 kg of fresh gray shrimp or quantity to taste
4 minced garlic cloves
Black pepper to taste
Chopped chives to taste
Nutmeg to taste
Salt to taste

Directions
- Peel and clean the prawns, transfer them to a bowl, add the black pepper, nutmeg, salt to taste and mix very well.
- Sear the prawns on both sides in a frying pan with a little oil over medium heat (don’t fry them all at once so they don’t release too much water).
- Add more oil, the chopped garlic and fry, stirring constantly, until golden brown, but do not over-fry them, as they become rubbery.
- Turn off the heat and add chopped chives to taste.
Mix well while the prawns are still frying with the heat of the pan turned off, transfer to a plate or platter and the prawns in garlic and oil are ready.
