½ medium onion
2 tablespoons olive oil or oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 and ½ teaspoon of salt

Directions
- In a pressure cooker, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil or oil;
- Add 500g of sardines;
- Add 2 crushed garlic cloves;
- Add cilantro or parsley (to taste);
- Add 1 and ½ teaspoon salt;
- Add ½ sachet of ready-made sauce (170g);
- Add Water (400 ml);
