This Wednesday, the 24th, the president of Russia, Vladimir Putin, highlighted that international terrorism continues to be one of the most serious threats of the 21st century. He made these statements in a video message to the participants of the 12th international meeting of security officials from several countries.

“Without a doubt, international terrorism remains one of the most serious threats of the 21st century,” Putin said. He highlighted that the objective of terrorist attacks in different regions of the world is to undermine constitutional foundations and destabilize sovereign states, inciting interethnic and interreligious hatred.

“Behind these attacks are not only radical groups, but also the secret services of some countries”, highlighted the Russian leader.
