For your rotten casserole dough to be perfect, use the ingredients from the list below and follow the step-by-step preparation method.


  • 450g wheat flour (unbleached)

  • 200g vegetable fat

  • 50g or 2 tablespoons of margarine

  • 1 egg

  • 1 yolk

  • 1 teaspoon of salt


  • In a refractory, add half the wheat flour;
  • Add vegetable shortening;
  • Add the margarine;
  • Add the eggs;
  • Add salt;
  • Mix well;
  • Add the rest of the wheat flour (only add everything if necessary to give the point);
  • Knead the dough a little;
  • Involve the mass in a plastic film;
  • Let rest for 30 minutes;
  • Your pie dough is ready!
