Ingredients
300 grams of spaghetti pasta or other pasta of your choice
1 sachet of tomato sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 can of green corn
1 medium onion
2 seedless tomatoes
2 cans of sardines
3 cloves of garlic
Oil or olive oil to taste
Spices to taste
Chives to taste
Bell pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- Put a little oil or olive oil in a pan, the onion and the chopped garlic and sauté without stopping stirring.
- Add the chopped bell pepper, the chopped tomatoes and sauté a little, always stirring well.
- Put the green corn without the water and mix again.Â
Cover and let the sauce simmer for 3 minutes.Â
Turn off the heat, add the chopped chives and mix well. - Cook the pasta following the package instructions, drain the water and add the pasta to the sauce.
