For your passion fruit mousse to come out perfect, you’ll need to use the quality ingredients listed below.

Ingredients

  • Mousse
  • Condensed milk 1 can (390g)

  • Milk cream 1 box (200g)

  • Concentrated passion fruit juice ¾ cup (180 mL)

  • Syrup
  • Water 1/2 cup (120 mL)

  • Sugar 4 tablespoons (60g)

  • Corn Starch 2 tsp (6g)

  • Concentrated passion fruit juice 1/2 cup (120 mL)

  • Pulp of 1 passion fruit

Directions

  • In a blender, add condensed milk 1 can (390g);
  • Add cream 1 box (200g);
  • Add ¾ cup (180 mL) passion fruit juice concentrate;
  • Beat for 30 seconds;
  • Syrup
  • In a pan with the heat turned off, add Water 1/2 cup (120 mL)
  • Add Sugar 4 tablespoons (60g);
  • Add cornstarch 2 tsp (6g);
  • Mix well to dissolve the starch;
  • Add 1/2 cup (120 mL) passion fruit juice concentrate;
  • Add 1 passion fruit pulp;
  • Mix;
  • Turn on the medium fire and when it starts to boil, count 4 minutes;
  • Add over the mousse;
  • Your passion fruit mousse is ready!
