Guarantee a dessert that will make everyone crazy to taste with this baked green corn pamonha!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cornmeal (tea)

  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 3 whole eggs

  • 5 tablespoons butter or margarine

  • 400 grams of green corn (2 cans)

  • 320 ml of milk

  • 50 grams of grated parmesan cheese

Directions

  • Start by placing the drained green corn, the eggs, the milk in a blender and beat for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the sugar, butter or margarine, grated parmesan cheese, cornmeal, baking powder and beat for 2 minutes.
  • Place the dough in a greased mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for approximately 60 minutes.
  • Remove the tamale from the oven and wait to cool at room temperature. 
    Cut the way you prefer and the recipe is ready.
