To make your oven omelette and have it perfect, use the necessary ingredients and follow the step-by-step preparation instructions.

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs

  • 150 ml whole milk

  • 4 tablespoons unbleached all-purpose flour

  • 150 grams of cooked and shredded chicken

  • 1 large chopped tomato

  • 150 grams of diced ham

  • Pitted olives to taste

  • 1/2 can canned green corn

  • 1/3 chopped bell pepper

  • 1/2 grated carrot

  • 100g cream cheese

  • 1/2 chopped onion

  • green smell to taste

  • 150 grams of mozzarella

  • oregano to taste

  • pepper to taste

  • salt to taste

Directions

  • In a bowl, beat 6 eggs;
  • Add 150ml of whole milk;
  • Add 4 tablespoons of unleavened traditional wheat flour;
  • Add 150 grams of cooked and shredded chicken;
  • Add 1 large diced tomato;
  • Add 150 grams of diced ham;
  • Add pitted olives to taste;
  • Add 1/2 can of unsweetened green corn;
  • Add 1/3 chopped bell pepper;
  • Add 1/2 grated carrot;
  • Mix;
  • Add 100g of cream cheese;
  • Add 1/2 chopped onion;
  • Add smell-green;
  • Add 150 grams of chopped mozzarella;
  • Mix;
  • Add oregano;
  • Add black pepper;
  • Add salt to taste;
  • Mix;
  • Transfer to a greased refractory with butter;
  • Add grated Parmesan;
  • Take it to the low oven until it’s golden;
  • Your oven omelette is ready!
