Mosaic Colored Jelly

Ingredients
- Jellies
2 sachets/box of gelatin for each flavor (25 g each) 8 sachets/boxes in total
250ml boiling water for each flavor
250 ml of cold water for each flavor
- Cream
1 colorless unflavored gelatin (1 sachet of 12 gr)
4 tablespoons of water (to hydrate the gelatin)
500 ml of milk
1 box of condensed milk (395 g)
1 box of cream (200 g)
Directions
- In a bowl, add 2 sachets of gelatin of the same flavor;
- Add 250 ml of boiling water;
- Mix and dissolve well;
- Add 250 ml of cold water;
- Mix well;
- Transfer to a potty;
- Take it to the fridge;
- Repeat this process with the other flavors;
- Cut the jellies into cubes;
- Transfer them to a platter;
- Hydrate 1 colorless unflavored gelatin (1 sachet of 12 g) with 4 tablespoons of water;
- Mix and set aside for 5 minutes;
- Heat for 10 seconds in the microwave;
- In a blender, add 500 ml of milk;
- Add 1 box of condensed milk (395 gr);
- Add 1 box of cream (200 gr);
- Add the hydrated gelatin;
- Beat for 1 minute;
- Add the cream to the platter;
- Mix;
- Take it to the fridge until it’s firm;
- Your colorful mosaic jelly is ready!
