1 egg
3 minced garlic cloves
1/2 cups of breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 chopped onion
Black pepper to taste
Parsley, chives or parsley

1 sachet of prepared sauce
1 chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
1 teaspoon salt or to taste

Directions
- Meatballs
- In a bowl, add 500g of ground beef;
- Add 1 egg;
- Add 3 minced garlic cloves;
- Add 1/2 cups of breadcrumbs;
- Add 1 teaspoon salt;
- Add 1/2 chopped onion;
- Add kingdom pepper to taste;
- Add spices to taste;
- Add parsley and chives to taste;
- Mix well;
- Grease your hands with oil;
- Roll up the meatballs;
- In a skillet, add 3 tablespoons oil;
- Add the meatballs;
- Turn them over and let them brown on both sides;
- Book the meatballs;
- Sauce
- In the same skillet, add 1/2 chopped onion and let it braise;
- Add 1 tablespoon paprika;
- Mix;
- Add 1 large diced tomato;
- Add 1 teaspoon salt;
- Add spices to taste;
- Mix well;
- Add 1 sachet of ready-made sauce;
- Add kingdom pepper to taste;
- Mix and let braise for 3 minutes;
- Add the meatballs;
- Let braise for 5 minutes;
