For your manioc, cassava or cassava cake to be perfect, write down the necessary ingredients and follow the preparation step-by-step.


  • 4 eggs

  • 200 ml of coconut milk

  • 1 tea cup of whole milk

  • 1.1/2 cup of sugar

  • 3 tablespoons of butter

  • 1 kilo of cassava/cassava

  • 100 grams of grated coconut


  • Grate half a kilo of cassava and set aside;
  • In a blender, add 4 eggs;
  • Add 200 ml of coconut milk;
  • Add 1 cup of whole milk tea;
  • Add 1.1/2 cup of sugar tea;
  • Add 3 tablespoons butter;
  • Beat for 30 seconds;
  • Add the cassava in pieces;
  • Beat well;
  • Transfer mixture to a bowl;
  • Add 100 grams of grated coconut;
  • Mix;
  • Add the grated cassava;
  • Mix;
  • Transfer to a greased and infarcted roast;
  • Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 1 hour;
  • Your cassava, cassava or cassava cake is ready!
