4 eggs
200 ml of coconut milk
1 tea cup of whole milk
1.1/2 cup of sugar
3 tablespoons of butter
1 kilo of cassava/cassava
100 grams of grated coconut
Directions
- Grate half a kilo of cassava and set aside;
- In a blender, add 4 eggs;
- Add 200 ml of coconut milk;
- Add 1 cup of whole milk tea;
- Add 1.1/2 cup of sugar tea;
- Add 3 tablespoons butter;
- Beat for 30 seconds;
- Add the cassava in pieces;
- Beat well;
- Transfer mixture to a bowl;
- Add 100 grams of grated coconut;
- Mix;
- Add the grated cassava;
- Mix;
- Transfer to a greased and infarcted roast;
