Ingredients

  • Corn on the cob 6 pcs

  • Water approximately 2 1/2 cups (600 mL)

  • Sugar 1 cup (180g)

  • Cinnamon powder to taste

Directions

  • In a blender, add the corn;
  • Add the water;
  • Beat well;
  • Sift into a pan (you can use the leftover residue that remains in the sieve to make corn cake);
  • Take the pan to the fire and add sugar;
  • Mix until boiling;
  • Simmer for 5 minutes;
  • Transfer the curau to a refractory;
  • Take it to the fridge;
  • Add ground cinnamon to taste;
  • Your Green Corn Curau is ready!
