German Pie Ice Cream (Cookie)

For your German pie to be perfect, use the ingredients from the list below and follow the step-by-step preparation instructions.

Ingredients

  • 600g of chilled cream

  • 1 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 1/2 box of cold cream

  • 135g semisweet chocolate

  • 1 can of cream (200g)

  • 500g cornstarch biscuits

Directions

  • In a mixer, add 600g of cold cream;
  • Add 1 1/2 cup sugar;
  • Add 1 1/2 cans of whipped cream;
  • Beat well;
  • In a false bottom shape, or platter, add 1 layer of cornstarch biscuit wet in milk;
  • Add 1 layer of cream;
  • Add crackers on the sides;
  • Add another layer of crackers;
  • Add another layer of cream;
  • Repeat the process until the cream is finished;
  • Finish with cream;
  • Take it to the freezer;
  • In a pot, add 135gr of semisweet chocolate;
  • Add 1 box of milk cream (200g);
  • Take to the microwave every 30 seconds mixing, until it melts;
  • Add over pie;
  • You can decorate with melted white chocolate in the pastry bag (optional);
  • You can take it to the freezer to eat like ice cream (optional);
  • Your German Ice Cream Pie (Cookies) is ready!
