Ingredients
600g of chilled cream
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 box of cold cream
135g semisweet chocolate
1 can of cream (200g)
500g cornstarch biscuits
Directions
- In a mixer, add 600g of cold cream;
- Add 1 1/2 cup sugar;
- Add 1 1/2 cans of whipped cream;
- Beat well;
- In a false bottom shape, or platter, add 1 layer of cornstarch biscuit wet in milk;
- Add 1 layer of cream;
- Add crackers on the sides;
- Add another layer of crackers;
- Add another layer of cream;
- Repeat the process until the cream is finished;
- Finish with cream;
- Take it to the freezer;
- In a pot, add 135gr of semisweet chocolate;
- Add 1 box of milk cream (200g);
- Take to the microwave every 30 seconds mixing, until it melts;
- Add over pie;
- You can decorate with melted white chocolate in the pastry bag (optional);
- You can take it to the freezer to eat like ice cream (optional);
