For your fried manioc flour biscuit to be perfect, crunchy and tasty, use the ingredients from the list below and follow the step-by-step instructions for preparation.

Ingredients

  • 500g of sweet sprinkle

  • 200ml of water

  • 200ml of oil

  • 250g mozzarella cheese

  • 4 eggs (add to the point)

  • 1 coffee spoon of salt

Directions

  • In a pan on the fire, add 200ml of oil;
  • Add 200ml of water;
  • In a bowl, add 500g of sweet sprinkles;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • When the oil starts to boil, scald it in the casserole bowl;
  • Mix;
  • Add 250g of mozzarella cheese;
  • Mix;
  • Add 4 beaten eggs (put until the point);
  • Mix;
  • Mold the cookies;
  • Fry in oil (not too hot) until golden;
