Whether for a snack or dessert, crunchy coconut is a sweet treat that you have to make!

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of coconut in cubes

  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar

  • 3 tablespoons of water

Directions

  • In a pan over medium heat, place the cubed coconut, sugar, water and cook until it boils.
  • Keep cooking without stopping stirring until the liquid dries up and the coconut is golden brown. 
    Transfer the crunchy coconut to a plate, wait to cool down and the dessert is ready.
