Creamy Strawberry Sorbet

This creamy strawberry ice cream is prepared with simple ingredients and the result is incredible!


  • 300 grams of fresh strawberries

  • 1 package of strawberry flavored juice powder

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 1 cup of milk (tea)

  • 3 boxes of cream


  • Mix the strawberry juice with the milk in a container until completely dissolved and transfer to a blender. 
    Add the condensed milk, the cream of milk and beat well.
  • Cut half of the strawberries in half and half into small cubes. 
    Arrange the strawberry halves on the bottom and sides of an oiled pan and add the liquid mixture.
  • Place the chopped strawberries on top of the mixture, spread well and sink them completely into the cream with the help of a spoon.
  • Leave the dessert in the freezer until it is completely hard. 
    Unmold onto a plate or platter when serving and the creamy strawberry ice cream is ready.
